On my Twitter account I got a couple of tweets with some good advice. 
I got this link from Jen (see below) the Twitter acct

Look up your state and call, email, tweet or facebook. 
You can't get discouraged. Not enough Susan fans are doing this. We all have to at least do our own state.

@seegraysea Let's say if you want to tweet KissFM 104.3, Go to their webiste and find the DJs, most of them have twitter. It is a lot easier

@seegraysea you have to find the twitter's account for each DJ on each station. So that you can tweet them three at a time.
