Paul O'Grady featured Susan as an all star triple on his Christmas Day radio show. There was a short message from Susan wishing Paul and his listeners a Merry Christmas. He played Silent Night, Perfect Day and Noel. He wished Susan a Merry Christmas if she was listening and reminded the listeners that Susan's interview would be repeated, with additional material, at noon UK time on 26th December. To listen to the Christmas Day show, go to www.bbc.co.uk/radio2 click on shows, scroll to Paul O'Grady and Susan comes on at approximately 1 hour 22 minutes into the show. Happy listening and don't forget to tune in tomorrow, 26th.

I am so happy to hear this. So Paul O'Grady played her songs. That's a lot better than I can say for the US stations. I have made a lot of radios stations aware of Susan's music and I still don't hear anything, especially from her new CD. It is a shame, because people who do not know of Susan's new CD, are not going to hear Susan's beautiful songs and the way she sings them. I just got through Tweeting Simon, Ann, and SteveM. Today I will start again on another state. Thanks for keep us posted about hearing her music. It gets discouraging the more you see the playlists on stations and some of the replies we have been getting back from the stations. I hope everyone did not give up on this project and firmly pushes this after the first of the year. No excuse not to get to the stations, the link is below:

Here is a way to reach all stations. Click on the link and on top are all the states. Just click on your state and then the station and up will come the station. Click on Contact us and you get there information. There you go.

I suggest that as many of us as possible email Chris Evans at BBC Radio 2 as often as possible. He has his show on weekdays from 6:30 - 9:30am. He also shares a birthday with Susan and I think he likes her. The email should be extremely brief in order for it to stand a greater chance of being read.
His email is chrisevans@bbc.co.uk

P.S. It's always a good tactic to praise them and their show a bit to stand a greater chance of being noticed. Almost every request they read praises something about their show. It helps them to promote themselves at the same time as fulfilling our request.

I agree, but perhaps they thought that they would be playing from her new album the next day. I think if we just keep pounding on the doors, eventually they will get the message, but it will need persistence on our part.

For everyone's benefit here are some email addresses for BBC Radio 2
